RNA extracted from whole blood can be easily exposed to many contaminant and damaged by intracellular and extracellular RNase. To minimize those problem, the lysis buffer of our kit is optimally designed to deactivate endogenous nuclease (RNase A) which is released from ruined cell when the lysis of a white blood is done.
In addition, the kit based on our 2 column method, gDNA remover column for the removal of gDNA and RNA binding filter column including high silica content, can effectively extract high purity and yield total RNA.
