easy-spin™ IIp Plant RNA Extraction Kit(Mini-prep) is designed to extract total RNA with Mini scale from various plant tissue. This product is possible to extract total RNA using phenol with easy-BLUETM Solution and silica membrane without alcohol PPT procedure. Reliable cell lysis is possible using Phenol and pre lysis is possible using pre lysis buffer. the ability to deposit the reserve material in the plant is added and it minimize reduction of purity from total RNA caused by various pollution factors such as polyphenolic compound and polysaccharide, and other problems that may occur in the next experiment stage.
